Designed as the centrepiece of a new residential community on the Malaysia–Singapore border, this 12,000m² destination spa integrates wellness, preventative healthcare and lifestyle into a holistic guest experience. The project brings together a wellness marketplace, clinic, spa, club and dedicated spa suites within a connected architectural landscape. A series of pavilion structures extends into the existing lake, creating a seamless relationship between water, nature and architecture. The design establishes an immersive wellness destination that supports long-term wellbeing while delivering a distinctive lifestyle offering for residents and visitors.
