Asif Iqbal is the Founder and CEO of WELL Architecture Design. With more than 25 years of international experience, he specialises in wellness architecture, spa design, longevity facilities, hospitality interiors and masterplanning. Working across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, he has led the design of wellness resorts, destination spas, wellness clubs and longevity-focused developments for leading operators, developers and investors worldwide.

Wellness environments are among the most complex building types to design, bringing together hospitality, healthcare, operations, specialist engineering and human experience. Through more than 25 years of specialist practice, Asif developed WELL's Wellness Intelligence™ methodology, integrating architecture, interiors, operational planning, wellness programming and technical delivery into a single design framework.
